Das hat zum einen den Grund, dass viele E-Mail-Anbieter nur eine geringe Dateigröße erlauben, die an eine E-Mail angehängt werden darf. Zum anderen ist der Speicherplatz bei vielen E-Mail-Anbietern begrenzt, sodass das Postfach schnell voll ist und keine Mail mehr ankommen.

Zum Versenden großer Dateien verwendet man da besser sogenannte File-Hoster.

Und das funktioniert ganz einfach:

Auf der Seite des File-Hosters wird die Datei hochgeladen und im Anschluss erhält man einen Link. Diesen versendet man dann anstatt der Datei per E-Mail oder Messenger.

Der Empfänger klickt dann einfach auf den erhaltenen Link und kann die Datei herunterladen.

Die erlaubte Dateigröße ist bei den einzelnen File-Hostern unterschiedlich, in der Regel beträgt sie 100 MB. Aber das dürfte in der Regel ausreichen.

Bei vielen Dateien, z.B. Fotos, empfiehlt es sich, diese vorher in ein ZIP- oder RAR-Archiv zu packen und so hochzuladen.

Wie Die Dateigröße ist auch die Speicherdauer bei den einzelnen File-Hostern verschieden. Die genaue Speicherdauer erfährt man auf der Seite der Anbieter.

File-Hoster bieten ihre Dienste in der Regel kostenlos an.

Manchmal kann man sich registrieren (z.B. bei MediaFire). Das dient dann zum komfortableren Verwalten der Dateien und es stehen meist noch weitere Funktionen zur Verfügung.

Sensible Dateien / Daten sollte man besser nicht über File-Hoster versenden. Wenn es gar nicht anders geht, dann die Dateien verschlüsseln und dann versenden.

MailBigFile un excelente servicio que nace con la idea de facilitarnos el envió de enormes archivos. MailBigFile nos permite enviar mail de hasta 512 MB una barbaridad. Para utilizarlo solo debemos introducir el mail de destino, adjuntar el archivo y luego solo enviar. Fácil, útil y práctico. El sistema se puede configurar en español, ingles, etc. Muy fácil, descúbrelo tu mismo.
