types of assets in or out of ground.

The LTV will depend on the asset on a case by case basis.

It is very simple and we need very little paperwork
submitted.

When approved we place the asset value into our affiliate
PPP.

The ROI of the PPP is extremely good.

We will need separate documents submitted for the PPP.

Out of ground assets in a bank, bonded warehouse, Examples (Fine art work, Uncut and cut gemstones, Sculptures) repository, etc.:

· Record of ownership

In ground assets: For example: Mines owned and located on company owned land

The minimum LTV must equal $100 million, deals
that have at least $200 million plus in asset value minimum.

British auto makers are now invading the car industry. This year, they are just one of the few car manufacturers who have introduced the latest hottest cars, super cars to be particular. And now a new car brand has appeared in the streamline. After eight years of developing a new concept of car, Keating is now giving us their new baby – the Keating SKR and the race-track only TKR brother that offers a continental appeal, lightweight snappy handling excellent power, from 400hp on the base model to a ridiculous projected 1500hp for the twin-turbo top dog. With sensible service intervals and a bespoke approach to super car-building, Keating hopes to rekindle the British performance auto industry.

The owner of these glorious driving machines – Anthony Keating has come up with these concepts since he has seen many of the well-known car brands such as the Lotus, Jaguar, Aston Martin and other popular British performance car brands have only fall into the foreign ownership over the recent decades. But of course, this man’s not like any other car enthusiasts, Keating puts himself in a position to do something about it. Hence, he sets himself a soaring goal of establishing the British super car brand from nothing. True, he built all of these from nothing. He actually struggled to find the precise combination of the componentry in England. He settled on the Filipino bodywork expertise, an American engine from GM, and Italian frame and chassis building. All design and development was undertaken on British soil.

And now after eight years, everyone has seen the results, Keating has now introduced its road focused SKR super car and the track-focused TKR variant. The designs has an Italian taste, though Keating has promised to provide a little British pragmatism with the long service intervals which makes these unique super cars a bit easier to own than any other automobiles on the competition. So what about the performance of these cars? Let’s start with the SKR. This ride is definitely fully calibrated with amazing features. It has the base 6-litre V8 motor that pumps out a good 400 horsepower, and there are larger capacity twin-turbo variants of the TKR that promise to put up to a staggering 1500 horses to the wheels. Well actually that’s beyond the famous features of the fastest legal super car, the Bugatti Veyron that shows off a 1000php. The TKR on the other hand is considered a fast track racer even if it’s not competing for road going top-speed honors.

Let’s take a look to the SKR’s external feature. It has a steel frame that contributes to a 1190kg weight while the TKR has an all-carbon skeleton features that helps it weigh in just under 1000kg. Actually, the carbon body shell was one of the options on the SKR, but it was only applicable in warmer climates. Aside from their excellent chassis and the engine options, the rest are absolutely bespoke. Everything on these cars are great! From the dash instruments to the types as well as the seat coverings and the interior which is crafted to fit in every buyer’s specifications. So what about the price? Well, just like any other super cars SKR and TKR also comes in a “golden price”. SKR starts at around UK£90,000, so that would mean its more like UK£125,000 for the higher-spec 650 horsepower road version. Probably, you can get more bucks from the other well known car brands like Porsche. Owning these cars is not about showing off, but it’s about “exclusivity”. In fact, the company is planning never to sell more than ten a year. These automobiles are meant for giving a unique presence on the road and show the so-called British pride.

Volontärer för humanitärt arbete i Gaza efterlyses

GAZA ÄR BELÄGRAT ropar alla pro-palestinska organisationer. Kyrkans följeslagare ska rapportera om israeliska övergrepp mot palestinierna. SSU:s ombudsman anser att Israel är en nazistisk stat. Mona Sahlin och Carl Bildt vill ha dialog med Hamas. Men ingen vill hjälpa palestinierna.

Invånarna i Gaza behöver lastbilsförare som kan köra förnödenheter in till Gaza. Dessa kommer från Israel och är lastade med mat, mediciner, olja och övriga förnödenheter som behövs för att undvika humanitär katastrof.

Lastbilarna som idag körs av israeliska förare blir beskjutna av palestinska terrorister. I övergångarna mellan Israel och Gaza som är vältrafikerade attackeras civila som jobbar för att förse araberna i Gaza med mat. Närheten till Gaza och nödvändigheten av civila arbetare som måste sköta transporterna gör det lättare för terrorister att angripa. Häromdagen mördades två civila. I förrgår mördades 3 soldater. Igår besköts en övergång utan att några träffades. Det finns nu få civila israeler som vill delta i transporterna.

Här kan alla goda svenska medborgare från ISM Internationel Solidarity movement, SSU, Svenska kyrkan, Diakonia, Broderskaprörelsen, Palestinagrupperna, Sveriges Kristna Råd m.fl. göra en akut humanitär insats. Behoven av förare och lastare är stora för transporterna till Gaza. Invånarna i Gaza kommer att bli tacksamma för alla volontärer som kommer. För första gången ges de ovan nämnda organisationerna möjlighet att visa att de verkligen menar vad de säger med att hjälpa Gazaborna. Behoven är så stora att de ser fram emot ett nedläggande av allt detta skrivande av antiisraeliska artiklar, brännande israeliska flagor eller uppmaningar att bojkotta Israel. Visa solidaritet med Palestinierna. Det finns även möjligheter att kyrkan erbjuder stipendier. Det kommer säkerligen också att ge god publicitet.

SKR i Hebron tiger om palestinskt våld

SKR - Sveriges Kristna Råd - har två följeslagare i Hebron . Deras uppgift är bl.a. att övervaka och rapportera våldshandlingar som utförs av palestinier och israeler. Den senaste antiisraeliska artikeln som följeslagaren Sidney Petersson rapporterade från Hebron är: En dag söder om Hebron

INGEN ARTIKEL från följeslagarna i Hebron beskriver någon övergreppshandling som palestinierna utfört trots att sådana inte sällan förekommer.

MORDEN I FREDAGS Två israeliska ungdomar 20 och 21 år gamla som var hemma på permission från militärtjänst mördades av 3 palestinier som är aktiva i Fatah, den palestinske presidentens eget parti, och är anställda inom den palestinska administrationen. Mordet inträffade under utflykt som de tillsammans med en tjej gjorde utanför Hebron. När en av palestinierna fick se dem ringde han efter två andra och de öppnade eld mot de israeliska ungdomarna.

Dessa skadades svårt men svarade elden och dödade en av terroristerna. De två andra kom närmare och mördade de skadade ungdomar. Flickan lyckades att gömma sig och larmade israeliska säkerhetsstyrkor. Terroristerna anmälde sig till den palestinska säkerhetstjänsten eftersom de var rädda att bli arresterade av israeliska styrkor. MERA: YNet

VARFÖR är ”fredsaktivisterna” tysta när det gäller rapportering om palestinsk terror?

HUR finansieras följeslagarprogrammet? Den svenska delen av följeslagarprogrammet är SIDA-finansierat. Projektmedel finns för verksamhet två år i taget.

Det är egendomligt att nuvarande regeringsrepresentanter, som kritiserade SIDA:s policy under den socialdemokratiska regeringen, fortsätter att tillåta satsningar på antiisraeliska projekt på skattebetalarnas bekostnad.

Sverige Kristna Råd (SKR) påstår sig – med Följeslagarprogrammet - finnas både på palestinsk och på israelisk sida. Jag försökte att läsa deras senaste rapporter och till min förvåning hittade jag inte en enda rapport från israelisk sida men från palestinsk sida ca 70 artiklar. Må dessa människor ha ett gott nytt opartiskt år 2008. Låt år 2008 vara ett fredens år trots följeslagarnas motverkan. Det är bättre att kyrkornas pengar användas för att stödja flyktingar från Darfur som kommer varje dygn till Israel.

SKR:s ”varudeklaration” för följeslagarna:
Följeslagarna finns på både palestinsk och israelisk sida och de konkreta arbetsuppgifterna varierar mycket. En del följeslagare följer utsatta barn till skolan eller är närvarande i byar som tidigare angripits av bosättare. Andra arbetar med att stödja israeliska och palestinska freds- och MR-organisationer, övervakar vägspärrar eller finns bland människor som drabbats av bygget av muren. Följeslagaren skriver också kontinuerliga rapporter.

På både palestinsk och israelisk sida. . . säger SKR att man finns...
